Transform Beauty Treatment Terms

These Treatment Terms apply to consultations, appointments, patch tests, beauty treatments, aesthetic treatments, wellness services and other services provided by Transform Beauty, Transfo

1. Professional standard

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Treatments are provided following consultation, suitability assessment and informed consent where required.

2. Consultation and suitability

Before treatment, you may be required to complete consultation forms, medical history forms, consent forms and/or patch test forms. You must provide accurate and complete information, including allergies, medication, medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, previous reactions, recent procedures, sun exposure, skincare actives, supplements and any other relevant information.

We may refuse, postpone, adapt or stop a treatment if we believe it is unsafe, unsuitable, inappropriate, outside our scope, contrary to manufacturer guidance, or not in your best interests.

3. Treatment consent

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions, understand the nature of the treatment, understand potential risks and side effects, understand aftercare requirements and consent to the treatment.

4. Results and expectations

Treatment outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular result, timescale or longevity of results. Some treatments require a course, maintenance, lifestyle support or aftercare compliance. Natural ageing, health, hormones, medication, lifestyle and skincare routine may affect results.

5. Risks, reactions and side effects

All treatments carry some level of risk. Possible side effects may include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, irritation, pigmentation changes, burns, infection, sensitivity, allergic reaction, discomfort or temporary worsening depending on the treatment. Treatment-specific risks will be discussed where relevant.

6. Patch tests

Some treatments require a patch test or a waiting period. If you do not attend or pass a required patch test, we may be unable to perform the treatment. Patch test requirements may change based on insurer, manufacturer, regulatory or clinical guidance.

7. Before-and-after images

We may take treatment images for clinical records, progress monitoring, insurance, training or treatment planning. Images used for marketing will only be used with your consent. You can withdraw marketing consent, but this may not affect uses already lawfully made before withdrawal.

8. Aftercare

You agree to follow the aftercare advice provided. Failure to follow aftercare may affect results and increase the risk of side effects. You should contact us promptly if you experience unusual, concerning or unexpected symptoms after treatment. For urgent medical symptoms, seek emergency medical help.

9. Booking, deposits and payment

We may require deposits, pre-payment or card details to secure appointments. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will usually be honoured at the price agreed unless there is an obvious error or a material change in the treatment plan. Full payment is due at the time requested.

10. Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows

We reserve the right to charge cancellation, late cancellation or no-show fees. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Any clinic cancellation policy published at the time of booking will apply.

11. Courses and packages

Courses and packages are personal to you, non-transferable and must be used within any expiry period stated. Unused sessions may not be refunded except where required by law or agreed by us. If your suitability changes, we may recommend an alternative treatment or credit arrangement at our discretion.

12. Medical and emergency limitation

We are not an emergency medical service. If you feel unwell, have severe symptoms or believe you need urgent medical attention, contact NHS 111, your GP, pharmacist, urgent care or emergency services as appropriate.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your concerns. We may ask you to attend a review appointment and provide photographs where appropriate. We cannot properly assess concerns if you seek corrective work elsewhere before allowing us to review, except in urgent medical situations.
