These Subscription Terms apply to Transform Elite skincare, nutrition, supplement, wellness, ritual box, product box, refill, auto-replenishment and other recurring product subscriptions.
A subscription provides recurring delivery or access to selected products at the frequency, price and contents described at sign-up. Subscription contents may include skincare, supplements, nutrition products, wellness products, education, samples or related items.
By subscribing, you authorise our payment processor or us to take recurring payments from your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled in line with these terms. You are responsible for keeping payment and delivery details up to date.
Product availability may vary. We may substitute a product with a reasonably comparable product where stock, supply, formulation, safety, regulatory or operational reasons require it. Where a substitution materially changes the nature or value of the subscription, we will act reasonably and communicate where appropriate.
Skincare products may not be suitable for everyone. You should read product labels, ingredient lists, directions and warnings before use. We recommend patch testing new skincare products and introducing active ingredients gradually. Stop using a product and seek advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

You may cancel or change a subscription through your account or by contacting us, subject to any cut-off date before the next billing or dispatch date. If cancellation is requested after the cut-off, the next payment or delivery may still proceed.
If payment fails, we may retry payment, contact you, pause dispatch, suspend subscription benefits or cancel your subscription. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts for orders already processed or dispatched.
Skincare and supplements may support skin health, wellness routines and lifestyle goals, but individual results vary and depend on consistent use, suitability, health, lifestyle, diet, sleep, hormones, age, stress and other factors.
