Transform Precision Lift™ is the clinic’s HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) pathway in Horsham. Focused ultrasound is delivered beneath the skin to support collagen remodelling, which may gradually improve firmness of the jawline, early jowls and neck. A £50 consultation is credited to treatment; lower face and jawline is £595. It is not a surgical facelift.
Consultation required. Suitability and results vary. HIFU is not a surgical facelift.

natural-looking improvement
consultation and anatomical mapping
and selected neck areas
You may notice that your jawline feels softer, the lower face looks heavier, your neck appears less firm or your brow sits differently than it once did. These changes can reflect a combination of skin laxity, fat distribution, volume loss, ligament support, muscle movement and underlying facial structure.
That is why we do not begin by selling a machine treatment. We begin by understanding what has changed — and which mechanism is most likely to help.
“I look tired even when I feel well.”
“My jawline has lost the definition it used to have.”
“I have early jowls, but I do not want to look filled or different.”
“I want to tighten my face and neck, but I need honest advice about what is realistic.”
Transform Precision Lift™ is Transform Beauty’s personalised HIFU and focused-ultrasound pathway. It is designed to support gradual collagen remodelling and may help improve firmness, definition and selected areas of mild-to-moderate laxity without incisions.
The treatment is personalised by area, tissue assessment and clinical objective. It is not a surgical facelift, a substitute for lost facial volume or an appropriate choice for every person.
Precision Lift™ is more than a device appointment. It combines consultation, photography, anatomical mapping, controlled treatment, aftercare and review within one structured Transform pathway.
Focused ultrasound delivers controlled energy at manufacturer-designated depths beneath the skin surface. The aim is to create small focal treatment zones that support the body’s natural collagen-remodelling response. Over time, suitable clients may notice firmer-looking skin and more defined contours.
The printed depth on a treatment head is a technical specification — not a guarantee that every person has identical anatomy. Cartridge choice, contact, treatment pattern, mapping and exclusions must therefore be decided by a trained practitioner within an approved protocol.
The result of a HIFU treatment is influenced by far more than the number on a screen. It depends on whether the concern is suitable, whether tissue volume should be preserved, how the face and neck are mapped, which treatment head is selected, how the device is maintained and how the client is reviewed.
The Transform Precision Lift™ standard
We look at laxity, volume, skin quality, asymmetry, previous procedures, health, expectations and weight changes before recommending HIFU.
Treatment zones, vectors and exclusion areas are planned for your anatomy rather than copied from a standard face template.
The console, handpiece and treatment head used are checked, identified and recorded within the clinic’s technical system.
If resurfacing, volume support, threads, radiofrequency, surgery or no treatment is more appropriate, we will explain that.
Depending on assessment and the approved treatment pathway, Transform Precision Lift™ may be considered for selected face, jawline, chin, submental and neck concerns. Not every head or depth is appropriate for every area, and some structures must not be treated directly.

Designed to support subtle firmness and brow positioning where anatomy and the approved protocol allow. The eyelids and eyes are not treated.

May help improve the appearance of mild laxity and support a firmer-looking lower face. HIFU cannot replace cheek volume that has been lost.

A popular concern pathway for people who feel their jawline has softened or early jowls are becoming more visible. Results are gradual and depend on tissue quality and facial volume.

May be considered where tissue is suitable and the goal is improved firmness or definition beneath the chin. It is not a general weight-loss treatment.

May help selected lateral or submental neck laxity. The thyroid, trachea, major vessels and unexplained neck lumps are exclusion concerns.

Body HIFU requires a separate tissue and health assessment.
Transform Precision Lift™ may be worth discussing if you are concerned about mild-to-moderate laxity, softening through the lower face, early jowling, reduced jawline definition or selected chin and neck concerns — and you understand that improvement is gradual, variable and normally subtler than surgery.
A website cannot confirm suitability. Your practitioner will review your health, anatomy, previous procedures, expectations and the exact proposed area before any treatment is approved.
We help you understand whether a consultation is the right starting point and what information to bring.
We discuss what has changed, what matters most, your health, previous treatments, recovery preferences, budget and expectations.
Facial structure, tissue quality, asymmetry, sensation and relevant treatment zones are assessed. Consistent clinical photographs are taken with permission.
We explain the recommended area, treatment role, likely timeline, limitations, alternatives and exact investment. You are not required to decide immediately.
Suitability is reconfirmed, the skin is examined, the area is mapped and treatment is delivered within the approved protocol. You may ask to pause or stop at any time.
You receive written guidance, the clinic contact route and the symptoms that should prompt review.
Progress is assessed against the baseline and your longer-term skin, lifting or maintenance plan is updated.
Some clients notice an early sense of firmness, but the intended collagen-remodelling response develops gradually. The timing and degree of change vary according to age, anatomy, tissue quality, treatment area, health, lifestyle and the agreed protocol.
We assess results against consistent baseline photographs rather than promising a fixed percentage or a surgical-level transformation. Improvement may continue to develop over the following weeks and months. A planned review helps us decide whether the result is developing as expected and whether maintenance or another treatment has a clear purpose.
Possible goals in suitable clients may include:

Firmer-looking skin

A more defined jawline or lower-face contour

Improvement in the appearance of early jowls

Better definition beneath the chin

A subtle lifted or fresher-looking appearance

Improvement in selected neck firmness concerns
Individual results vary. A stronger treatment is not automatically a better treatment, and more energy does not guarantee more lift.
Treatment sensation varies and may include pressure, warmth, tingling or brief sharpness. Many people return to normal activities quickly, but temporary responses can occur.
Common or expected temporary responses may include:
Less common complications may include prolonged pain, skin or tissue injury, unwanted volume change, burns or nerve-related symptoms. Careful selection, mapping, compatible equipment, trained delivery and prompt escalation are designed to reduce risk — but no responsible clinic should describe HIFU as risk-free.
Contact the clinic promptly if you experience severe or worsening pain, weakness, significant numbness, blistering, unusual skin change, marked swelling, difficulty swallowing or any symptom that concerns you. Seek urgent medical help for a medical emergency.
You may ask to pause or stop treatment at any time. Your safety is more important than completing the planned treatment.
HIFU is one treatment mechanism — not the answer to every sign of ageing. The most appropriate option depends on whether the main concern is tissue laxity, surface skin quality, volume loss, facial proportion or significant tissue descent.
Both are non-surgical energy-based treatments, but they deliver energy in different ways. Radiofrequency may be selected for broader warming and skin-quality or firmness programmes, while focused ultrasound may be considered for selected deeper firmness and contour goals. The exact device and protocol matter.
HIFU is generally considered for selected deeper firmness and laxity goals. Fractional CO₂ primarily addresses skin texture, fine lines, pores, scars and photodamage. Some clients may benefit from a staged plan that uses both.
HIFU supports a remodelling response through focused energy. Threads mechanically reposition or support tissue. They have different risks, recovery and suitability requirements.
HIFU does not replace lost volume. Filler may address proportion or volume deficit, while a biostimulator supports tissue through a different mechanism. Tightening may be inappropriate when volume preservation is the main priority.
Surgery can produce a greater degree of correction for significant laxity, tissue descent or excess skin. HIFU is a non-surgical option for selected clients who understand that the result is normally more subtle and variable.
Some clients benefit from Precision Lift™ alone. Others have a combination of laxity, surface damage, dehydration, volume loss or facial imbalance that one treatment cannot address. Where appropriate, your plan may be staged with another Transform treatment.
May be considered when the goals include both deeper firmness and visible improvement in texture, lines, pores, pigmentation or photodamage. Treatment order and recovery intervals are planned individually.
May be considered when the goals include both deeper firmness and visible improvement in texture, lines, pores, pigmentation or photodamage. Treatment order and recovery intervals are planned individually.
Exosome products are not injectable-equivalent treatments. Where a compliant topical product is used alongside microneedling or resurfacing, it must follow the product’s intended use and the clinic’s approved protocol.
When volume loss or proportion is part of the concern, a staged filler, biostimulator, thread or wider 10 Years Younger Method™ plan may be more appropriate than additional tightening alone.
The aim is not to add more treatments. It is to use the fewest appropriate mechanisms in the right order.
Our clinical photography uses consistent views, lighting, expression and positioning wherever possible. Images are shown only with appropriate permission and without beauty filters, reshaping or editing that exaggerates change.
Every published case should explain:
A photograph is one part of the evidence. Your own goals, comfort, experience and clinical review matter too.
Transform Beauty has cared for clients in Horsham since 2014. Precision Lift™ is delivered within a controlled consultation, equipment, documentation and follow-up framework — not as a rushed, one-size-fits-all HIFU appointment.
Your practitioner is responsible for assessing suitability, explaining alternatives, mapping the treatment, recording the device and treatment head used, monitoring your response and arranging review.
Founder’s note
“I do not believe everyone needs the same treatment. My role is to understand what has changed, explain what this technology may realistically support and recommend another route when it would serve you better.”
— Hang Hough, Founder of Transform Beauty
Precision Lift™ can be used as a focused treatment or placed within a wider plan when that adds a clear purpose. Some clients need skin resurfacing. Others need hydration, volume support, professional skincare, lifestyle guidance or a surgical opinion.
The 10 Years Younger Method™ considers support, lift and skin quality together before recommending a sequence. Transform Elite supports longer-term beauty, skin and longevity planning through a membership pathway.
Transform Elite — Live Younger. Live Elite.
We do not recommend repeated treatment simply because a membership or package exists. Every next step should have a reason.
Transform Precision Lift™ consultations and treatments take place at Transform Beauty, 42 Carfax, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1EQ. The clinic is centrally located for clients from Horsham, Southwater, Broadbridge Heath, Billingshurst, Crawley and the wider West Sussex and Surrey area.
Transform Beauty has been part of the Horsham community since 2014, offering personalised beauty, skin and aesthetic treatments from one central clinic.

Natural regeneration. Gradual, visible improvement.
Transform Precision Lift™ is Transform Beauty’s personalised HIFU and focused-ultrasound pathway. It is designed to help improve firmness, jawline definition and selected areas of mild-to-moderate laxity in suitable clients. Every plan begins with consultation, anatomical assessment and a discussion of realistic alternatives.
HIFU is the technology category. Transform Precision Lift™ is the clinic’s complete treatment pathway around that technology, including consultation, mapping, equipment checks, controlled delivery, aftercare and review.
The equipment supplier uses “12D HIFU” as a marketing description for a platform with multiple handpieces and treatment heads. Transform Beauty does not use “12D” as proof that the treatment is superior. Suitability, mapping, device condition, protocol and practitioner judgement matter more than a dimensional marketing label.
No. Transform Precision Lift™ is delivered on a separate platform with its own manufacturer documentation, controls and clinic protocols. It is not the same as Ultherapy or Ultraformer MPT.
In suitable clients, HIFU may help improve the appearance of mild-to-moderate laxity, early jowls, reduced jawline definition and selected chin or neck firmness concerns. It does not replace lost volume, resurface acne scars or create the same degree of change as surgery.
HIFU may help improve early jowling when tissue laxity is mild to moderate and facial volume is appropriate. More advanced jowls, significant volume loss or severe skin excess may need a different or combined approach.
HIFU may support a firmer-looking lower face and improved jawline definition in suitable clients. The result depends on anatomy, fat distribution, tissue quality and whether the concern is truly laxity rather than volume or bone structure.
Selected lateral and submental neck areas may be considered after careful assessment and mapping. The thyroid, trachea, major vessels and unexplained neck lumps are not routine treatment targets.
It may be considered for selected submental fullness and laxity where tissue depth and anatomy are suitable. It is not a general weight-loss treatment, and an unexplained swelling or lump requires medical assessment first.
Selected lateral brow or upper-face support may be considered within an approved protocol. The eye, eyelid and globe must not be treated. The degree of lift is normally subtle and cannot be guaranteed.
Yes, suitable men may choose HIFU for jawline, lower-face, chin or neck concerns. Planning should respect male facial structure and the client’s goal rather than applying a standard feminine lifting pattern.
There is no single best age. Suitability depends more on tissue laxity, facial volume, health, previous treatments and expectations than on a birthday. HIFU may be inappropriate for a young person with no meaningful laxity or an older person whose desired correction requires surgery.
Sometimes, but not automatically. Rapid weight loss can create both skin laxity and facial volume loss. Tightening may worsen hollowing if preserving or restoring support is the priority. Weight trajectory and facial volume should be assessed before treatment.
The phrase “non-surgical facelift” is often used in searches, but HIFU cannot reproduce a surgical facelift. It may offer a gradual, subtler improvement in firmness and definition for selected clients who want a non-surgical option.
The number of sessions depends on the treatment area, tissue quality, protocol, response and maintenance plan. More sessions are not automatically better, and unnecessary repeated treatment is not encouraged.
Some people notice early firmness, but the intended collagen-remodelling response develops gradually. Results are assessed over the following weeks and months and vary between clients.
There is no guaranteed duration. Ageing continues, and visibility depends on anatomy, health, lifestyle, treatment area, initial result and maintenance. Your review will help determine whether any future treatment has a clear purpose.
Comfort varies. Sensations may include pressure, warmth, tingling or brief sharpness. The practitioner monitors the response, and you may ask to pause or stop at any time.
Many people return to normal activities quickly, but temporary redness, tenderness, mild swelling, aching, tingling or altered sensation may occur. Individual recovery varies.
Expected temporary effects can include redness, tenderness, swelling or tingling. Less common complications may include prolonged pain, burns, skin or tissue injury, unwanted volume change and nerve-related symptoms. A consultation is required to discuss material risks for the proposed area.
Unwanted volume change has been reported with ultrasound-based aesthetic treatments. Risk may be more relevant in very lean faces, depleted fat compartments, rapid weight loss or poor treatment selection. This is why tissue volume and depth are assessed before treatment.
Nerve irritation or neurological symptoms are uncommon but possible. Anatomical mapping, exclusion zones, appropriate depth and stopping for sharp or radiating pain are important controls. New weakness, significant numbness or functional change requires prompt assessment.
Thermal injury is possible if the device, treatment head, coupling, contact, settings or technique are unsuitable. The clinic uses equipment checks, approved coupling, mapping and stop criteria to reduce risk.
Treatment may be unsuitable or need deferral during pregnancy or breastfeeding under clinic policy, with active infection or broken skin, relevant implants, unexplained lumps, altered sensation, certain health or healing risks, recent procedures or unrealistic expectations. The full decision is made at consultation.
Transform Beauty defers elective HIFU during pregnancy and, under current clinic policy, during breastfeeding unless the exact device guidance, insurer and governance pathway explicitly permit it.
Possibly, but the product, area, depth, date and any complications must be reviewed. HIFU should not be delivered directly over unknown or recently placed material without an approved sequencing decision.
Timing and area should be reviewed so that baseline movement, treatment response and sequencing are clear. Do not book the treatments close together without discussing the plan with the clinic.
Threads alter tissue planes and vectors. The material, date, area, healing and any complications must be reviewed before HIFU is considered.
Some clients may benefit from staged HIFU and fractional CO₂ because they address different concerns. HIFU is generally considered for deeper firmness, while CO₂ focuses on surface texture, lines, pores, scars and photodamage. Timing is personalised.
It may be considered when the goals include both firmness and skin quality. The injectable product, treatment area, timing and tissue response must be reviewed; same-day treatment is not automatic.
A compliant topical exosome product may be used within an approved skin-treatment protocol, often alongside a procedure that creates surface channels. It should not be presented as an injection or as proven to reach deep HIFU treatment layers.
Both are energy-based treatments, but they deliver energy differently. The more suitable option depends on the exact device, tissue depth, skin quality, concern, comfort and recovery preferences.
Precision Lift™ pricing depends on the area, treatment time and personalised plan.
The practitioner discusses your concerns, health, medication, previous treatments, expectations and alternatives; assesses anatomy and tissue quality; takes photographs with permission; and explains whether HIFU is likely to offer meaningful benefit.
Follow the clinic’s individual instructions. Tell the team about new illness, infection, medication, dental work, filler, threads, surgery or another treatment. Do not stop prescribed medication unless your prescriber tells you to.
Follow the written aftercare provided, protect the treated area, avoid unapproved additional treatments and contact the clinic if symptoms are severe, worsening or unusual.
