Before Your Appointment
All clients must complete an online consultation form that includes COVID-19 questionnaires before arriving for your appointment as part of our updated pre-screening risk assessment and treatment consent.
We ask that you do not attend your appointment if you present any COVID symptoms, or have had contact with someone with COVID symptoms within 14 days of your scheduled appointment. Please notify us in advance if this is the case. We may be able to offer you an alternative appointment post any requirements to self-isolate.

Payment and In-Clinic Purchases
In Clinic, please use contactless payment facilities whenever possible. If you don’t have contactless, we can also take payments over the phone. Unfortunately, during this period of high risk, we cannot take cash.

Cleaning Protocols
Each room is surgically cleaned after every patient – as are the toilet facilities if used in an emergency. Please rest assured that the entire clinic is cleaned with surgical sanitising fluid every evening and further sanitised with UV light to kill bacteria on surfaces and in the air.
