I founded Transform Beauty in Horsham in 2014 — not because I followed a business plan, but because I genuinely believed that people deserved better. Better advice. Better care. Treatments explained honestly, delivered carefully, and chosen with the individual’s goals in mind rather than a menu or a margin.
My background is not simply in beauty. It is in building — businesses, relationships, trust. I came to the UK from Vietnam with very little other than determination and a clear sense of what I stood for. I built this clinic one client at a time, one treatment at a time, with a standard that I have never been willing to lower: every person who comes here should leave feeling genuinely well cared for.
Over the years, Transform Beauty has grown into something I am deeply proud of — not just as a business, but as a place where people come when they want to feel better about themselves. That is not a small thing. And I do not take it lightly.
